Shipping Policy
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.
4. Domestic Delivery (UK Only)
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take 1–2 days longer than the estimated delivery times provided above.
6. Damages & Lost Parcels
If you receive your order in a damaged condition, or if your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim.
We recommend taking a photograph of the damaged packaging as soon as it arrives.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
